Traineeships at Mill House

Mill House is a highly-skilled organisation working in many different areas. We therefore have the capacity to provides traineeships in a range of disciplines that are not always generally available. We also offer these opportunities to those seeking real-time work experience in different work environments. We work in conjunction with many different employment agencies and offer opportunities to customise our Trainee packages to ensure that they provide a solid introduction to the workplace environment. Traineeships rotate throughout the year and are delivered in conjunction with other agencies.

Internships at Mill House

Mill House is a highly-skilled organisation working in many different areas. We provide Internships in a range of disciplines that are available to TAFE and University students. We offer these disciplines to those seeking real-time work experience in our working environments. We work in conjunction with educational institutions and offer opportunities to customise our Intern packages to ensure that they conform to your institution’s benchmarks. Internships rotate throughout the year and are delivered in conjunction with other agencies.

Volunteering at Mill House

With all the many different activities that Mill House runs, we can offer a range of exciting and engaging areas in which volunteers can make a real contribution.

Our first question is what can we do for you as a volunteer. We believe that you should not only have a great time with us but, more importantly, that you are always being given the opportunity to learn, to push your boundaries and to try something new.

Just like our Internships and our Traineeships, our primary focus is to assist you in identifying the areas of interest that most excite you to work in and then giving you an opportunity to work in that area. For example that might be cooking and hospitality, or arts and crafts, gardening and environmental work or teaching and I.T. We have something to offer everyone.

We like our volunteers to enjoy their time with us. Wherever possible, we try to have volunteers working in pairs on a job. We also encourage volunteers to change position every now and then and try something new.
